The Budget & Fiscal Committee supports the Board of Education by guiding the district’s financial planning and oversight. The Committee develops and reviews long-range financial projections and strategies, monitors the current-year budget to ensure responsible stewardship of resources, and considers financial planning related to capital maintenance and long-term capital improvement needs.

Facilities Committee
The Facilities Committee supports the Board of Education by providing oversight of the district’s physical plant and learning environments. The Committee oversees planned maintenance and improvement of district buildings, grounds, and equipment; develops and implements a consistent process for community use of school facilities; and monitors planning in the areas of school security and healthy school environments. The Committee also oversees the implementation of facilities-related policies, regulations, and practices to ensure alignment with applicable state and federal laws, local ordinances, and Board of Education policy.
Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee supports the Board of Education by developing, implementing, and overseeing the process for evaluating the Superintendent. The Committee establishes the evaluation framework and timeline, coordinates the collection and organization of input and documentation as appropriate, and ensures the Board is positioned to complete a thorough, fair, and timely Superintendent evaluation.
Policy Committee
The Policy Committee supports the Board of Education by maintaining and strengthening the Board’s policy framework. The Committee reviews existing Board policies to identify deficiencies, inconsistencies, or areas requiring clarification, and drafts new or revised policies at the direction of the Board. The Committee brings recommended policies and revisions to the full Board for discussion and approval.
