‘Ms. President U.S.’ program connects Connecticut girls to female leaders

OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. (WTNH) — A program in Connecticut works with middle school girls, connecting them to local leaders and women in business to introduce them to different career paths.
The program, called Ms. President U.S., has eight chapters in our state. Melanie McGuire, the Old Saybrook chapter leader and Sylvie Webber, an Old Saybrook High School Junior and former program participant joined Ann Nyberg to talk about how the program works.
